Things not to worry about:
* The stages your grandchildren go through
* Missing a few days of reading the Book of Mormon
* Feeling happy that you have a few hours to yourself
* The joke you made that no one else thought was funny
*being fatally mauled by a cougar in Oregon
*whether you're saving the right stuff since it almost all gets thrown away eventually (I cleaned and packed my office today for a move across town)
